Subscription Policy


  • I-WIN is an online service, and subscribers are given access to such service by way of registering subscribers on the I-WIN portal and providing with the appropriate credentials for use of the I-WIN portal.
  • Subscription is open to any individual seeking preparation for board or competitive examination using the curricolum contained in the i-win portal.
  • Prospective subscribers are given the opportunity to register, view and experience all the features of the portal without restrictions for a 'trial period' as mentioned in the subscription scheme, without obligation of payment.
  • Subscriber who chooses a given scheme at the time of subscription shall not be entitled to change the scheme mid course. However, under exception circumstances, I-WIN management shall review and decide on a case to case basis any requests for a change in the scheme.
  • A subscriber, on payment of the foll amount shall be entitled to use all the features of the I-WIN portal for such duration as mentioned in his subscription scheme. In the event the subscriber desires to extend the subscription, he / she shall renew / re register for such further period as the subscriber may choose.
  • Payment for using the I-WIN portal shall be made only in the manner prescribed. No cash payment or money order shall be accepted at the I-WIN's offices for the subscription.
  • Subscription is not transferable. If the subscriber is found to be allowing other persons to use the portal by sharing his / her log in and password information, it will be treated as gross violation of the terms of subscription and the subscription shall be cancelled or withdrawn forthwith.
  • Intellectual Property Rights relating to the content in the I-WIN portal shall folly vest with I-WIN. Copying or Storing the matter off-line, or allowing someone else to do the same is strictly prohibited. In the event of such Copying or Storing the content offline will be treated as a violation of the Intellectual Property Rights of I-WIN and such person violating shall be charged legally with penalty and imprisonment as per law in force.


    • Cancellation of subscription


  • Once the subscriber is registered, he / she will have a right to use or not use the portal during the subscription period. The same shall apply to the institutional users. However no refund of the amount shall be made or considered, under any circumstances, for not using the I-WIN portal.
  • If a subscriber intends to cancel the subscription, he / 1 she may do it anytime during the subscription period. However, no refund of the amount already paid shall be considered.

  • I-WIN management may from time to time announce different subscription schemes for usage of the I-WIN portal. Any person intending to subscribe to the I-WIN portal is given foll access to the portal without any charge for such trial period as may be mentioned in the scheme. The extent and the duration of the free usage shall be as mentioned in the scheme.
  • On payment of the subscription / registration amount, the subscriber has foll rights to use the I-WIN portal. The subscriber shall arrange on his / her own, the requisite facilities to access the I-WIN portal, like the device (Computer, Laptop, Tab, Mobile or any other device), internet facility or any other required facility at his / her end. I-WIN shall not be responsible in any way for the upkeep of such device or internet connection or any other facility at the subscriber's end. No refund shall be considered in case of any malfunctioning or inadequacy of such facility.
  • I-WIN management will do their best to ensure 24/7 upkeep of the I-WN portal. In the event of maintenance shut downs prior intimation will be given to the subscribers. I- WIN shall not be responsible for shut down of the service by the portal for reasons beyond the control of the I-WIN management. No claim for refund shall be entertained with reference to such shut downs.
  • Any subscriber is entitled to such trial period as mentioned in the subscription scheme. It is for the subscriber to take advantage of the trial and be satisfied on the utility of the portal before making payment of the subscription amount. Once paid, it will be deemed that the subscriber is satisfied with the I-WIN service and no claim for refund of the subscription amount, or part thereof, shall be entertained at any time thereafter and during the subscription period.
